Round of stressing the importance of fueling your body appropriately. Like one of my recent posts I had a client gain weight and his % body fat went down. Now we have my client Kim who increased her food intake and lost weight PLUS a decrease in her body fat %. This doesn’t always happen, but increasing food intake will set you up for success down the road when you do want to diet to lose weight and lean out. Moral of the story is don’t be afraid to EAT! Your body will reward you.
