Find a reason to move. Physical activity has so many benefits on health, performance and overall well being. Get out there and be active.
I got my workout in today and I feel SO GOOD!
What about you? I will be honest, sometimes I just don’t want to workout, but once I am done, I am so thankful I got my workout in.
Don’t feel obligated to workout 5 or 6 days a week. If you are just getting started on your fitness journey, start small and build yourself up.
And the most important thing is to find what you enjoy doing! Or you just won’t want to do your workout when the time comes.
Let’s use me as an example, I did CrossFit for 4 years, at first it was fun, but after a while I just lacked the motivation to workout.
My fitness journey started with more bodybuilding style workouts, and that’s what I mainly do now, and am having a blast!
So like I said earlier, find what you enjoy, and find how many days you can do it per week that allows you to be consistent.
