Recently I had a talk with a client which started with how the motivation just wasn’t there to make better food choices and resist the “fun” food and overeat them.
It really is crazy how working out can be so easy for a lot of us, but the food thing is so dang hard.
This isn’t a call out or anything, but to let this person know EVERYONE is struggling with the same thing.
Even me…the nutrition coach.
But, when motivation goes away, it’s time to reevaluate.
“Why am I doing this?”
“I feelllll so good! What is my deal?”
It’s ok! All we need to do is find one or two ways to move you forward out of your rut.
And I think we found two really sweet ways to get back on the horse I wanted to share.
1st…this client has a birthday coming up and they decided they want to get under a certain weight by that time frame.
2nd…this client lives by their self so when they cook a healthy recipe they have extra food left over and don’t know what to do with it. We decided they find an underprivileged organization to potentially drop the left overs for.
If you are feeling the struggle vibes find something that motivates you at the pit of your stomach that will really get you rolling.
