Just a quick blurb on the scale. Just like diet and nutrition you have to be consistent with your measurements. Same time, same circumstances, same equipment. If for some reason, for example, your gym scale and home scale are giving you different readings I like to reassure clients that as long as the scale is changing on each device in the direction you want it to THAT’S all that matters. Also, track trends, don’t flip out how the scale changes from day to day. Take your weekly average. Boom.
